“I was fortunate enough a few years ago to be in a position to purchase a property in Dalyan, my favourite holiday destination and somewhere I just kept going back to. Although an exciting proposition also a daunting one.

With the help of a local Emlak a property was soon found, the purchase was far more straightforward than I thought and in fact much easier than at home in UK.Now the fun really started as the villa I had chosen had a garden that contained just a path to the front door and weeds at least 5 feet high. The villa itself was totally empty with no furniture and barely a light bulb. This is where I struck lucky ,I met the amazing Hannah who would go on to turn my dreams into reality….

Hannah was incredibly helpful ,nothing was too much trouble. The first project was to transform the garden with a swimming pool as the centrepiece. As I was now back home Hannah project managed for me, constantly updating me with photos and making suggestions along the way. The end result was stunning.

The next task was to furnish the villa, Hannah's local knowledge was invaluable. Some items such as beds, wardrobes and kitchen white goods were sourced locally by Hannah who also arranged delivery and installation. Everything else was bought together while I was in Dalyan, once again nothing was too much trouble.

Several years later I can honestly say my dreams have come true, I have a beautiful villa to visit in a very special part of the world. Much of this has possible because I was lucky enough to meet Hannah with her creativity, attention to detail and her professional but friendly approach.

"Hannah has looked after our villa for several years now. She is always very professional and of course, being from the UK, is easy to communicate with. This takes a huge strain away.

She has a very good eye for decor and can make what you may think is a fantastic villa into an even more fantastic villa via improved decor, furnishings etc. She knows what the guests want/ expect, this doesn't cost a bomb either.

She has an excellent group of contacts that can sort out just about anything you áre likely to come across. These contracts usually get the job done in a timescale you just wouldn't believe in the UK.

It isn't easy these days with all the legal stuff villa owners must comply with, especially when you are thousands of miles away and the rules are written in Turkish. However, leave it to Hannah and she will translate it to plain simple English. To sum up, I would recommend Hannah and Queen Accommodation to anyone."

Hannah hit the ground running ensuring locks were changed, services and taxes switched over. She went the extra mile often working very late to make sure everything was done legally and that our villa was secure.
