When the season is over and the tourists have gone away, your property has some new challenges to deal with. The Aegean winter climate is sometimes very damp and stormy, high winds are also common. And as safe and calm as Dalyan is, the security of your lovely home-from-home is always a concern.

Winter Checks
Checks can be carried out as often as an owner requires. We recommend every 2 weeks and / or after a storm.
Everything is checked including all doors & windows, locks are secure, any damp inside or out, outside cabling, roof tiles, plus anything else that could be an issue.
After each check photographs are sent to you to flag up any issues.
Most owners are out during the summer to see things themselves, however we can also offer this service 12 months of the year to keep you connected with your property. If any remedial works are required, we will then provide competitive quotations to repairs. Please CONTACT US for our winter property check rates.
If Queen Accommodation Services carry out all Jandarma Registrations, Rentals and Cleaning for a property then this becomes a FREE service.
