Queen Accommodation Services Property Cleaning
We have a team of inhouse cleaners that are fully trained, after each clean we also carry out thorough checks for quality control. We can do the following types of cleans:
Build / Renovation Cleans
Renovations can leave a property very dusty so this is a deep clean once all works are completed.
Deep Spring Cleans
Usually at the start of summer where we will wash curtains, duvets, carpets, all windows etc.
Shut Down Cleans
Usually at the end of season where we will first clean the property, but also bring in all outside furniture, remove batteries in controllers to avoid rust damage, turn electric off, close curtains to stop sun bleaching of furniture etc.
Standard Cleans
These can be for rental guests or owners arriving. Schedules for rental guest cleans are carefully created to ensure guests are not disturbed but the property is turned around ready to the next arrival.
Mid-Stay Cleans
These are provided to guests, all bathrooms wiped around, bedding and towels changed and the property freshened which is ideal for fortnightly stays.
Property Cleaning Rates
Our cleaning rates include all cleaning products where required. All standard cleans include cleaning of all windows that are easily accessible (that do not require a ladder). Please CONTACT US for our cleaning rates.
