We offer owners a comprehensive rental package tailored to suit individual property needs.
With all packages our fully bilingual staff will ensure that rental guests are looked after with a VIP service and will return to your property time and time again.
We look after rental guests from the very start to finish. The initial enquiry, making sure they choose the correct property for their needs and budget. While they are here and all the way through until they depart.
We are a face and not just an email address to all our rental guests. If they have any problems, questions or queries they know they can contact us, or come into the office and a friendly person will always be there to help.
Welcome Information Books
Written uniquely for each property including how all appliances work and any special house rules.
Pre-Arrival Inspections
We ensure the property is perfect for arrival, this includes leaving some lights on if they are arriving late at night or putting in specific items that the guest requires.
Welcome Meetings
We arrange a meeting with the guests shortly after arrival, to help them get the most out of their time in Dalyan with our local knowledge, tips, and provide information about the property and answer any questions.
Airport Transfers
We arrange airport transfers or car hire for arrival or departure with a reputable and reliable company who have full insurance and the correct licenses.
Special requirements
We organise hire of items such as travel cots, high chairs or other baby equipment, and also a wheelchair or mobility scooter if needed.
Cleaning
The property is thoroughly cleaned before the guests arrive and we also organise mid-stay cleans as required.
24-hour Emergency Contact
No matter what happens, your guests will have professional help and local knowledge on call any time, day or night. We never leave them facing problems alone.
Personal Shopping & Catering
We source whatever your guests desire. We provide a late night take-away service and private BBQ/Chef service at the property when required. Especially helpful for late night arrivals or families with small children.
